Livestream Classes
Classes start promptly at the time listed. Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to avoid a $10 no show fee. Our cancellation window is 4 hours prior to class.

After you sign up for a livestream class, you will receive TWO emails:
confirmation email that you’ll receive as soon as you sign up
An email 15 minutes before the start of the class
Both of these emails will include a Zoom link. This link is not live until 15 minutes before the start of that class. For example: if you sign up for the 4:30 livestream of the Barre & Soul Method Express, the link will work at 4:15. The link will not work at 4:11.
How you receive the class link is based on your account preferences - you can choose whichever method works best for you!
Click the live link right before class start time.
You’ll automatically be directed to sign in to your studio account through Walla or brought directly to Zoom. Easy peasy!
We recommend clicking the link (rather than copy and pasting the ID & passcode) because it will automatically check you in on the roster.

We add different classes to our On Demand platform quarterly. Keep an eye out for new classes & instructors or let us know what we’re missing!

We tailor online classes to work at home, the office, the park, wherever! In the description we may suggest weights or a prop, but substitutes are easy and optional. Here are a few ideas if you want something aligned with traditional props:
Mat: towel, blanket
Barre: nearby wall, chair, desk, countertop, back of the couch, railing
Weights: soup can, water bottle, wine bottle
Block: books, plastic food container
Ball: pillows
Yoga strap: scarf, rolled up shirt, towel

You always need WiFi or cell service and the link on our landing page to access the virtual studio which is connected to your membership through the Walla platform. There will be no way to download the videos to watch at a later time.
