Yes, we recommend preregistering for any class you plan to take, but please be aware of our cancellation policies. If you haven't preregistered, you are welcome to come to class. We will accommodate walk-ins space permitting.

What do I need to bring with me to class?

A smile, some water, and a hand towel if you want one. We provide mats and all props. There will be filtered water to re-fill your bottle as needed.

What should I wear to class?

While most of our students wear leggings/workout pants (ankle or capri length) and a tank or T-shirt, we encourage you to wear what you feel comfortable moving in. Depending on the class you are taking, there may be jumping, bending, lying down or something similar so please be mindful when choosing your ensemble. We kindly ask that you don’t wear street shoes, jeans, khakis or wool sweaters - you get the idea.

While we don't require socks for barre classes, you can wear them if you like!

What if I'm pregnant? Can I still attend class?

Yes! However, in order to enroll or to continue in class during the term of your pregnancy, you'll need to get the prior written permission of your treating physician. Please download and print this waiver and release form and return it to the studio signed by both you and your physician.

Unless otherwise specified, our classes are designed for adults.  You must be at least 12 years old and have a parent/guardian's signature to participate if under the age of 18.  Thank you for understanding our policy.
