Please note that all of our classes are All-Levels. Beginners are always welcome and multiple options will be given throughout class.

Barre & Soul® Method

Experience our signature workout so thoughtfully crafted it warrants its own trademark. Our Barre & Soul Method not only challenges you physically with blends of modern ballet conditioning, Pilates, yoga, and low-impact cardio but also incorporates inspirational layers with soulful instruction. Inspired by the original Lotte Berk technique, it produces results you can see and feel, increasing total-body strength and flexibility while maintaining the utmost safety and accessibility for all. Light weights and other props are used to lengthen and strengthen your muscles. More than a workout, you will feel the difference in your mind and spirit, too.

Barre & Soul® Method Express

A 45-minute version of our signature Barre & Soul Method workout. 

Barre Burn

Ready to get your heart rate up? We're taking all the things you love about our traditional Barre & Soul Method class and adding cardio! This class will challenge you physically with blends of modern ballet conditioning, Pilates, yoga and low-impact as well as high-impact cardio. We also incorporate inspirational layers with soulful instruction. This produces results you can see and feel, increasing total-body strength and flexibility while maintaining the utmost safety and accessibility for all.

Cardio Dance

Get ready to move it in this aerobic dance workout! We'll shake it through easy-to-follow choreography that keeps you moving to raise your heart rate, build endurance, and have fun! No dance experience required. Please bring water, sneakers, and a smile!

Reformer Pilates

Move with intention, breathe with purpose, and connect deeper than ever before. This all-levels contemporary reformer class invites you to strengthen not just your core, but your entire sense of self. Using spring-loaded resistance and fluid movement, you’ll lengthen, stabilize, and sculpt in a way that feels both grounded and elevated. With each mindful rep, you’ll tune into your body’s wisdom and leave class feeling aligned, empowered, and soulfully strong. Grip socks are required for this class.*Please Note: Reformer Pilates is a highly specialized offering that comes with significant equipment and training. They will be priced separately from our current membership offerings.

Faux Former® Pilates

Exactly as effective as a pilates reformer class, but more affordable and with fewer straps to get tangled in! Use your body as the machine; our FAUX FORMER pilates class uses resistance bands and sliders to replicate the moves you do on a reformer machine for an incredible full body workout. Slow movements with quick transitions help you build strength and control.

*If you are taking this via livestream, we recommend having sliders, socks on a hardwood/tile floor or paper plates handy as well as a long resistance bands or heavy weights.

Mat Pilates Fusion

Ready to fire up your core? This mat-based pilates class will improve your strength and stability by using proper breath control in each exercise. Discover your deep core and feel noticeably stronger after this 45 minute class. You'll feel the burn with spicy props, such as rollers, and meet new stabilizing muscles you didn't know existed!

Hot Mat Pilates Fusion

A heated version of our Mat Pilates Fusion class.

Vinyasa Yoga

Our signature Barre & Soul Vinyasa Yoga Class. An energetic yoga flow in a warmed room integrating core work, back bending, and asanas that strengthen and lengthen the body while working up to a final peak pose. All levels are welcome and options will be given to make your practice your own.

 

Vinyasa Yoga Express

A 45-minute version of our Vinyasa Yoga class.

Gentle Yoga

Slower in pace, focusing on proper alignment and relaxation. Poses are held longer, building stamina and mindfulness. Open to all levels.

Candlelit Yoga

Wind down your day by candlelight. This well-rounded evening class infuses a vinyasa flow with quiet, relaxing poses at the end and a juicy savasana. Perfect to ease away the day and prepare you for a restful night's sleep.

Chill-yasa

This is a movement-based class that is slower in pace, focusing on restoring and rebuilding. You will hold poses a little longer and build inner strength and flexibility through mindful movement. You will leave the class feeling relaxed, with a full reboot of the body and mind. Open to all levels.

Soulrise Vinyasa

Rise with purpose and awaken your soul. Soulrise is more than a play on “sunrise” it’s your invitation to greet the day with vibrant energy and deep intention. This morning Vinyasa flow begins with grounding for your mental wellbeing and gentle movement for your physical wellbeing, then builds heat with fluid, strength-based sequences. Leave feeling alive, centered, and ready to shine. Perfect for early risers craving a soulful, empowering start.

Soulrise Vinyasa Express

A 45-minute version of our Soulrise Vinyasa.

Vinyasa Beats by Candlelit

The same candlelit class you know and love set to hip hop music. This well-rounded evening class infuses a vinyasa flow with quiet, relaxing poses at the end and a juicy savasana. Perfect to ease away the day and prepare you for the weekend ahead.

Power Yoga

Get into your body and out of your head with our Power Yoga class. A fast-paced flow that's focused on building strength and endurance. Although it requires mindfulness and focuses on your breathing, power yoga is more dynamic than meditative forms of yoga and provides good cardio and strength-training workout. All levels are welcome and modifications are available.

 

Power Yoga Express

A 45-minute version of our Power Yoga class.

 

Super Sculpt Yoga

A total body workout, Super Sculpt Yoga classes are set to energize music and designed to tone and sculpt every major muscle group. Heated to 78-80 degrees, this class will boost your metabolism and push your strength and flexibility to new heights. Free weights are added to the sequence, creating resistance and intensifying each pose. Strength-training exercises such as squats, lunges, bicep and tricep curls are incorporated to build lean muscle mass.

Super Sculpt Yoga Express

A 45-minute version of our Super Sculpt Yoga class.

Sweat & Soul

An energetic fusion of Vinyasa yoga, strength work, HIIT-style cardio bursts, and dance. Set to a beat-driven playlist it encourages a release of linear-style fitness and explores fluid, expressive movement; woven into a journey

through African Dance, Native American footwork, Hip Hop, Bollywood Dance, and more. We honor the wisdom of movement traditions from around the world, gratefully acknowledging the soul in each as we build strength, and improve endurance and flexibility. It’s fun, and funky and transports you to a place of wild abandon and celebration.
